The Trainer - Chelsea
Chelsea is a highly qualified Dog Trainer with over a decade of experience working with animals across a range of environments. She started her career as a teenager, working at an animal shelter before moving onto work in places like vet clinics, boarding facilities and even a pet photography studio!
She spent years working at highly reputable, large scale dog daycare on the Northern Beaches before moving to The Hills to pursue a career as a Guide Dog Trainer, where she spent 5 years training dogs to assist people with low vision or blindness.
As our head trainer, Chelsea’s focus is on bringing fun, enrichment and learning to the dogs of The Hills through daycare & training games.

Student Advisor - Ryan
Ryan is Paws on the Hill’s resident Labrador and all-around good girl. She dropped out of guide dog school after deciding that pet life suited her better—but she still puts her skills to good use!
With experience volunteering at fundraising and media events, Ryan now plays an important role in our daycare assessments and training consultations. Whether she’s helping to evaluate new dogs, demonstrating training exercises or just setting a good example, she’s always happy to lend a paw.
Her biggest belief? Learning should be fun, playtime is essential and snacks are non-negotiable.
